Winner Drive-In Theatre

The Winner Drive-In Theatre has been family owned and operated for the past 60 years. The season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is open Friday through Monday night. Bargain night is always the last night the show plays and show time is at dusk. The Drive-In is known for its fantastic concessions and fun atmosphere. The Winner Drive-In Theatre is one of the very few Drive-Ins left in the USA. Definitely a MUST SEE if traveling through Winner during the summer months!

 

                                                                                           

 

 Winner Community Playhouse

The Community Playhouse offers on stage entertainment by some of our most colorful local talents! Any seat in the house is a great seat with stadium style seating overlooking and open stage. Anyone in the community is welcome to take part in productions at the Playhouse. It is also a great location for community events and meetings.

 

 

Tripp County Historical Society Museum

The Tripp County Historical Society Museum is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Its hours are Wednesday-Sunday,   2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. There is a main museum building and the Winner Railroad Depot, which houses over 400 pictures of Veterans. Also on site are the Lakeview Methodist Church, Trinity Episcopal Church, Dorian Meadows Schoolhouse, Rosehill School, the Osa T. and Salome L. Cashatt Homestead House. A machine shed was built to preserve the Morganfield steam engines and other antique vehicles.

 

Winner Bowling Center    

                                                               

The 12 lane bowling alley is open during the fall, winter and spring months. Men, women, and youth will all find a bowling league to fit their taste! Monte Carlos and Thunder Alley bowling are also big hits. The food is always good and the beer is always cold! The Winner Bowling Center also houses a fantastic reception area used for many weddings, dances and community events!

 

PIX Theatre

 

The Pix Theatre is open year round with show times at 7:30 pm Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday nights there are two shows nightly at 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Thursdays are free popcorn nights! The Pix is only closed 2 days per year: December 24th and 25th. There is a 24 hour information service by calling (605) 842-3045.

Tripp County Library

The library offers something for everyone! Preschool story hour, nursery class, and summer reading club are just a few of the activities going on at the library! Internet access is available, and they have a large selection of video and audio, along with a community room for clubs and organizations to use.
